Aluminum Sand Castings

  • Automated green sand molding (20″ x 24″) or (14″ x 19″)
  • Cope and Drag green sand (30″ x 32″)
  • No-Bake capability up to 750 lbs. and 10 ft. long
  • Cast 319, 355, A356, 443, 712, 713, B852, and A206

Brass & Bronze Castings

  • Cast over 30 different alloys (including leaded)
  • Size range from ounces to 100’s of lbs.
  • One of the first shops to pour non leaded brass

CNC Machining

  • 25,000 sq. ft. attached to the foundry
  • 23 CNC machines
  • 2 submersible pressure test tanks
  • 2 CMMs
  • 1 portable measurement arm with 9 ft. range
